Marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan, HDR students and staff from the Centre, and our guests from the School of Demography gathered to celebrate with morning tea in the Centre's courtyard. Centre Director Associate Professor Karima Laachir marked the occasion by reflecting on the importance of Eid to Muslims around the world, and the strong ties between the Centre, the School of Demography and other disciplines within the Research School of Social Sciences and the College of Arts and Social Sciences.
